Although they may look like gibberish, error mesages are extremely important to our technical team in diagnosing your issue. Please include the full text of any error messages in your problem description.4. Be sure to include your email address.
We need a way to contact you, should we need more details or to notify you that your issue has been resolved. Rest assured, your email address is only used for the purposes of corresponding with you about your issue.
During normal business hours (9-5 CT M-F), we can typically respond to you on the same business day. For after hours support, there may be a delay of up to 2 calendar days, depending on the severity of the issue.
