BREEZE AERMOD/ISC is available in two editions: Pro and Pro Plus. BREEZE AERMOD Pro is suitable to conduct complete air dispersion modeling analyses and reporting. The Pro Plus edition offers additional features and functionality to increase efficiency as well as advanced post-processing and results tools.

  • Adds a tool that enables users to convert surface meteorological data to a SAMSON file format, which can then be used to process AERMOD-ready meteorological data using AERMET. In cases when surface met data is not in an AERMET-ready format, it can be a tricky and tedious process to convert it. Therefore, with this conversion tool built into the software, users can easily convert surface met data into a SAMSON format to run AERMET, and will save time and money by streamlining this process.
  • Updated the DWG import function to support DWG/DXF files created by the latest AutoCAD 2021 and earlier versions, as well as text, multiline text and ellipse entity types. This update allows users to import more DWG objects, which can provide a more detailed base map to define model objects in BREEZE AERMOD.
  • Removed the pre-set limitation on the number of DWG objects that can be imported and added a warning message when the import exceeds the user’s computer memory. This enhancement ensures that users are able to import as many DWG objects as they’d like, while also ensuring they are notified if an import exceeds their computer memory.
  • Added a function to allow users to edit the name of an individual boundary receptor, making it easier to identify in the user interface.
  • Includes the latest  U.S. EPA AERMOD 19191 executable and  U.S. EPA BPIPPRM 19191_DRFT executable
  • Preserves compatibility with U.S. EPA AERMOD versions 18081, 16216r, 15181, 14134, 13350, 12345, 12060, 09292, and 07026
  • Includes a basic, merge-only version of BREEZE AERMET and a basic version of BREEZE MetView
  • Streamlines graphical user interface for more intuitive and easier dispersion modeling
  • Automates importing of a geo-referenced basemap file with certain data file format
  • Generates an aligned or geo-referenced file after manually importing a basemap and geo-referencing it
  • Imports 2D and 3D geometric data with AutoCAD's .dwg/dxf file formats
  • Simplifies the setup of pre-modeling objects with a variety of utilities
  • Analyzes post-modeling results using BREEZE 3D Analyst, tables for sensitive receptors, and 3D visuals for surface terrain
  • Organizes model scenarios using a skeleton and neat file structure for better file management
  • Uses inputs that are consistent and compatible with U.S. EPA AERMOD inputs, including test cases in U.S. EPA SCRAM website
  • Streamlines NO2, SO2 and PM2.5 modeling for U.S. NAAQS
  • Adds a feature to allow applying an in-stack NO2/NOx ratio to multiple sources all at once for all source types
  • Incorporates the Ambient Ratio Method (ARM) and ARM2 for NO2 modeling
  • Adds a new tool to facilitate users to calculate buoyancy parameters for buoyant line sources
  • Models an unlimited number of sources and receptors
  • Models numerous source types including point / stack (vertical, horizontal and capped), area, volume, open pit, flare, BREEZE area line and EPA area line
