When certain required data is missing or when there is an inconsistency with the data, certain results or data may not be displayed in BREEZE TankESP. For example, some users find that there is no result for some records in the report or Preview Emissions Data table; that only the Tank ID is displayed in the report while other columns are blank; or that only the Tank ID, Start Date, and End Date are displayed in the Preview Emissions Data table and all the other columns show “--“ (see images below).
Fortunately with BREEZE TankESP, users are able to easily troubleshoot the issue themselves in order to find a resolution by following the steps below:
