- Shipping and billing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Quantity, product to order, and pricing
- Quote number (if applicable)
- Contact name, email address, and phone number for Maintenance Agreement orders.
How to Purchase BREEZE Software

In addition to the required information listed above, please provide the following:

Purchase Order
BREEZE accepts purchase orders in U.S. Dollars from credit-worthy domestic and international organizations. Purchase orders from outside the U.S. and Canada are accepted with prior approval and must be over U.S. $500.00.
