Enhancements
| 1. | Percentile and High Value reports can now be generated directly through the BREEZE interface. You do not have to use 3D Analyst to generate reports. The report options can be defined on the Output Options form available through the Input > Output Options menu. At the end of a model run, any Percentile and High Value reports will be stored in the AMZ file with the extensions *.pco and *.hvo respectively. |
| 2. | The Output form has been redesigned to provide a summary of file type selections on the first tab of the form. |
| 3. | The Import Model Objects tool now provides several options for dealing with duplicate IDs. The following options are available: 1) Do not import duplicates, 2) Overwrite any existing duplicates, and 3) Prompt to overwrite each duplicate. |
| 5. | The file list on the model run scheduler is now enabled while running. This allows the user to monitor the progress of a large number of model runs by scrolling through the list. |
| 7. | Access to the BREEZE Remote Modeling System (BRMS) has been added to AERMOD 6. The BRMS allows AERMOD model runs to be submitted to a remote massively parallel computer system to significantly decrease model run times. This feature can be accessed through the Analysis > Remote Model Run menu. |
| 8. | An Automated License Manager has been added to the application to simplify the retrieval and general management of software keys. This can be accessed through the Help > License Management menu. |
| 9. | The coordinate conversions used for the downloading and importing of images has been substantially improved. This will be most apparent when using the NAD-27 datum in certain areas of the continental United States. |
| 10. | The ability to create 3-dimensional Cartesian gridded receptor networks has been added. This new type of grid can be selected from the Grid Type drop down list on the Gridded Receptor form. Note: The BREEZE 3D Analyst application is required to properly visualize AERMOD 3D grid results. |
Bug Fixes
| 3. | When pasting multiple columns of data from Excel into the Data Explorer when multiple pollutants were enabled, a column of data would sometimes not be copied. This has been fixed. |
| 4. | The AERMOD model would fail to run if any of the automated output file names referenced a source group name that contained any of the following characters: \/:*?"<>|. Diagnostics have been added to inform the user of incompatible source group names. |
