The MetView and Windrose add-in in GIS Pro Version 5 have been combined into a single utility and significantly enhanced. Some of the enhancements are described below.
Multiple Data File Display
Multiple meteorological data files can now be displayed simultaneously. Displays can be of different files or of the same file but for different time periods. This feature is available for all of the display views that MetView is capable of displaying.
MetView displays one plot for each season of the year
Tabbed Display Views
The MetView / Wind Rose utility now features tabbed display options that allow you to view the associated data in different formats.
Met Data Plot
Time series plots can be plotted for each meteorological parameter.
Met Data Table
The version 6 Met Data Table includes several valuable improvements.
| • | Each parameter in the file is displayed. |
| • | Missing parameters show up as a different cell color for easy identification |
| • | Min and max values for each parameter is displayed in the header of each column. |
Control Options
Control options provide greater customization of displayed data.
