Model Execution
BREEZE is unique in that it will display informational, warning, and error messages BEFORE you make a model run. When you click on the Run button, BREEZE displays the Runtime dashboard giving you one last opportunity to review potentially erroneous input (BREEZE also flags this information for you). When you are satisfied, push the Go button and BREEZE takes care of the rest.
Selecting the Options
BREEZE gives you the option to display the day that is currently being processed, but also the hour and concentrations for up to three averaging periods. This is very important QC data that can prevent you from making runs that have incorrect emissions or missing or additional sources. Because you often know what the magnitude of the concentrations should be, you can stop the run and review your input.
BREEZE also gives you the option to submit your runs to the BREEZE Remote Modeling Service (BRMS). These runs are made on a massively parallel computing system and can reduce your runtimes by up to 100 times!
