Terrain Wizard
AERMOD requires hill scale heights in addition to terrain elevations at each receptor. Computing these heights and elevations accomplished by the AERMAP terrain preprocessor. Processing terrain data can often be a challenging exercise, but BREEZE makes it easy with the terrain wizard integrated into BREEZE AERMOD.
More Than Just Importing Elevations
The BREEZE terrain importation wizard guides the user through the processes of identifying the terrain DEM files, assigning the UTM zone (this is done automatically if the Projection is set), choosing whether or not to create shaded relief base maps or hill height maps for the 2D and 3D views, running the AERMAP model, and assigning elevations to all receptors, buildings, and sources.
