This 7 hour training course is presented over two half day sessions and focuses on the practical use of the popular air dispersion modeling software AERMOD. AERMOD is the preferred U.S. EPA models for computing ambient impacts of air pollutants emitted from industrial sources.
This instructor lead Internet course is designed to quickly get new BREEZE AERMOD users familiar with the BREEZE AERMOD modeling system. Students will be introduced to all the major components of the system and learn how to most efficiently setup, execute, and analyze model results.
Students will be provided a complimentary license of the BREEZE AERMOD Standard air quality modeling system to use during and after the class.
Format:
The course is presented over the Internet eliminating the need for students to travel. Two half day sessions allow the student to attend to their normal responsibilities and complete optional, assigned computer exercises.
